Preparation Recipe
Soak 1 cup of Channa with tea leaves. Add 1/2 tsp soda and enough water. Leave the mixture for 6-8 hours. Pressure cook the mixture. Heat oil and fry onions and tomatoes till brown. Add ginger and green chillies and continue frying for 1 more minute. Now add the pressure cooked channas and mix well. Add BSF channa masala powder and cook on low flame for 10-15 mins. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot with Bhaturas.
