Preparation Recipe (Veg-Curry)

Fry Onions in Oil till golden brown. Add Tomatoes, Green Chillies and BSF Curry powder and continue frying till the mixture in light brown. Add the vegetables of your choice with desired quantity of water. Pressure cook the curry if necessary or simmer for 10-15 mins. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or chapaties.
