Directions for Use:
Cut 500 gms of sour firm green mangos into
medium size pieces. Add 200 ml of vegetable oil of your choice.
You may also add 25 gms of peeled garlic cloves. Now add BSF
mixture and mix thoroughly. Keep it for 48 hours before use.
Store in a clean air tight container.

Cook 250 gms of rice. Heat 2 tbs of oil and
add entire pack of BSF puliyogare mix. Fry for 2 mins and
add it to boiled rice and mix thoroughly. Roasted peanuts
and/or cashew nuts can be added. Your Puliyogare is ready.
